Terms & Conditions
- To participate in the program, eligible individuals must provide the required information and follow the instructions to enrol. Individuals may enrol in the program at any affiliated hotels
- Upon acceptance of enrolment in the program, new members automatically have standard membership, which allows members to earn and redeem points and experience the benefits detailed above. The program also offers members the opportunity to receive additional benefits by achieving higher status
- Points earned will remain valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of issuance in the member’s account and it will automatically expire from the member’s account at the end of 24th consecutive month thereafter
- Members are entitled to the above benefits depending on booking window, day of the week and other circumstances determined by The Zenith Hotels & Resorts in its sole and absolute discretion
- Members shall refer to The Zenith Hotels & Resorts for the availability of the rewards and / or privileges before placing any bookings
Every member will receive Zen Rewards points based on their total spend at the hotel. For every RM1 spent, a total of 1 point will be credited into their membership account - Points may be redeemed at any affiliated The Zenith Hotels & Resorts
- Privilege, benefits and / or points cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs, offers, discounts, vouchers or privilege cards
- Offer is for members only and accompanying guests will not be entitled to any privileges or benefits
- Bookings must be made directly via the hotel’s official website and not through 3rd party agents or online travel agents
- Discounts are applicable to public rates only and not for government or corporate rates
- The Zenith Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to modify, add on and / or cancel the program and / or the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
